Hospitality Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a people leader, responsible for creating memorable moments for our guests and their colleagues.
The Breakfast Creek Hotel is a French Renaissance-style pub with 5 bars, including a rum bar, plus a steakhouse and a beer garden. Our vision is to create pub experiences that locals love, and we are seeking someone who shares this passion.
This role supports the Venue Manager and team in bringing our purpose to life. With our extensive network of venues, this role unlocks unlimited career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and 'local' guest experience.
- Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day-to-day pub operations.
- Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives.
- Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are.
Requirements:
- Great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team.
- Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.
