Leadership Position at a Young Women's Academy

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of programs in schools, including program planning and implementation. This includes managing and supporting team members in delivering educational programs to young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver NASCA programs in schools, ensuring effective program management.
  • Develop and implement educational content, materials, and resources for young people, including lesson plans and curriculum design.
  • Lead a small team in delivering and reporting on NASCA programs at their school site.
  • Support team members in their professional development, using employee development plans and collaborating with regional managers.
  • Establish relationships with community organizations to facilitate cultural workshops and activities.
  • Manage budgets and report on expenditures for school sites.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate program outcomes and measure impact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, staff, and management.
  • Collaborate with Aboriginal support staff to provide holistic support to young people.

The goal of this position is to improve school attendance, develop career pathways, and strengthen cultural pride and identity through education and personal development.
