About the role

Kiddie Academy is seeking passionate and experienced Childcare Educators to join our growing team in Parkes, NSW. As a Childcare Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children, ensuring their social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities and play-based learning experiences for children
  • Observe and document children's progress, adjusting teaching methods to meet individual needs
  • Provide a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that supports children's well-being and learning
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community
  • Adhere to all childcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • Relevant childcare or early childhood education qualifications, such as a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Experience in a similar childcare or educational setting, preferably working with children aged 0-12 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
  • Creativity and enthusiasm to engage children in fun and educational activities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A genuine passion for childcare and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of children
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
