Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader to join our team as a Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive exceptional customer experiences and help them achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop succession plans for your team members to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  • Implement visual merchandising in-store and use discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understand stock management processes and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Provide coaching and on-the-spot feedback to your team members.
