Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans to facilitate their recovery and return to work.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients, insurers, employers, and medical practitioners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster a culture of trust and respect.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic care to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and report on outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and attend professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A degree in occupational therapy, psychology, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, social work, or rehabilitation counseling.
- Working towards full registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, AASW.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to facilitate travel to different locations.
- A competitive salary between $70,000 - $95,000 + Super.
