Leadership Opportunity: Centre Director

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader in early childhood education to join our team as a Centre Director. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the culture and vision of our new centre, opening in January 2026.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing the centre's values, building a dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional care and education from day one. Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Build and lead a talented team of educators and support staff to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Maintain open communication with parents, carers, and the wider community to ensure positive relationships and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of centre operations.
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a director or leadership role within an early learning setting.
- You possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- You are confident and capable in navigating the Assessment and Rating process.
- You have a solid understanding of the National Quality Standard, National Quality Framework, and the Early Years Learning Framework.
