Dynamics 365 CE Lead Functional Consultant
Our organization is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Lead Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications. This individual will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into clear functional design documents for configuration and customization. They will collaborate with technical teams on customizations and system integrations, deliver end-user training and ongoing support, participate in system testing by creating and executing test cases, and troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-launch support.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand business processes, objectives, and challenges.
  • Translate requirements into clear functional design documents for configuration and customization.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE — entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and system integrations.
  • Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Participate in system testing by creating and executing test cases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-launch support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing and delivering Dynamics 365 customer engagements, ideally within consulting/professional services.
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 and hands-on implementation expertise.
  • Excellent leadership skills—able to inspire and guide diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and internal relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills, and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications highly desirable.
