About Our Senior Dynamics Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in configuring, customising, and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimising integrations between Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Dynamics 365 FinOps, and CRM, as well as developing and maintaining automation, workflows, plug-ins, and custom applications using Power Platform tools.

Candidates should possess strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations, and reports.

We welcome applications from individuals with experience designing, implementing, and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping, workflows, and API-based connections.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in custom development for Dynamics 365, including plug-ins, scripts, and form customisations.

Please note that this position requires a high level of technical expertise and experience working with Microsoft products.

  • This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements.
  • Maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for users, providing end-user training, guidance, and support to improve adoption and maximise value from CRM, PPM, and FinOps integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience configuring, customising, and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise integrating Sensei PPM with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM.
