- Provides excellent customer service, responds to inquiries, and resolves issues in a professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Administration, data management, or comparable experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately with numbers and maintain detailed records.
- Familiarity with data entry software and database management systems.
