Job Title: Human Resources Operations Manager

About the Role:

This position oversees the implementation of HR strategies that foster a positive work environment, encouraging proactivity and high performance. Responsibilities include providing operational support, managing workplace health and safety, and assisting with accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direction and support to teams on HR matters, including grievances, performance management, and disciplinary issues.
  • Manage Occupational Health & Safety concerns and WorkCover claims effectively.
  • Advise Management on employee relations and company policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support recruitment efforts, employment contracts, annual leave, and exit interviews processes.
  • Foster strong relationships, influence negotiation, and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources Management is essential.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or an associated field are required.
  • Proven experience in accounts/payroll is beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary.

Skill Set:

Key competencies for this role include being driven, engaging, approachable, unflappable, and self-assured in HR practice, with the ability to make decisions and work independently.
