Program Lead for Aerial Network Infrastructure

Job Overview:

This role involves leading a workstream of delivery for NBN Connections across QLD/Northern NSW. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Aerial program space, driving a harmonious work environment and ensuring program excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, recruit and onboard suitable Project Team resources and Subcontractors/Delivery Suppliers
  • Build a strong, high-performing team aligned to our purpose and enterprise strategic objectives
  • Organise and lead all key meetings with Project Team, Clients and other Project Stakeholders
  • Develop strategies to manage risks and realise opportunities
  • Analyse monthly project and financial performances as necessary
  • Pursue a culture that promotes safety and caring
  • Clearly understand contractual obligations and entitlements, including KPIs and delivering to customer needs
  • Manage relationships with asset owners

Requirements:

  • 3+ years Project Engineer or similar experience, within the Aerial program of works
  • Strong focus and demonstrated knowledge of asset owners and compliance requirements to work on the aerial network
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Process-oriented and outcome-focused
  • General Industry Induction Card
