Lead Network Architect

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions. You will work closely with our team to build, maintain, and expand our multi-city core network, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement new network infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical expertise on complex issues and act as an escalation point.
- Assist in training team members on Juniper and MikroTik technology.
- Collaborate with sales and development teams on configuration templates and rollout support.
- Participate in after-hours upgrades and on-call roster.
- Strong Juniper JunOS experience in production ISP or enterprise (JNCIA+ valued).
- MikroTik RouterOS (experience ideal, training possible).
- Solid understanding of OSPF, BGP, MPLS VPN, EVPN-VXLAN.
- ISP core networking: peering, transit, PPPoE, Radius, Netflow.
- Knowledge of optical and fixed wireless networks.
- Experience working with carriers for fibre, L2, DIA.
- JNCIS-SP, automation (Python, Ansible).
- Fixed wireless design/deployment.
- Vendor exposure to Cambium, Ubiquiti, etc.
