Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of various capital projects, including infrastructure and environmental initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, developing budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed within scope, quality, and timeline.

The role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure critical project milestones are met. Strong problem-solving abilities, combined with a calm and practical approach, are essential for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project feasibility, costings, designs, and execution in accordance with established project management methodologies
  • Developing project timelines and technical solutions for all projects
  • Providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders on project delivery through regular reporting
  • Ensuring engineering developments and standards are implemented to optimize resources and harmonize assets
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Relevant experience in project management, preferably in an infrastructure or construction environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm and practical approach
  • Proven ability to meet critical timelines through strong leadership of teams and influencing key stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant discipline
  • Knowledge of and practical implementation of Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Best Practice systems and principles
