Senior Operations Coordinator

Our organization seeks a highly organized and motivated Business Coordinator to join our team in Australia.
The successful candidate will oversee efficient administration, line manage an operational admin team, support brokerage and clinical admin functions.
Key responsibilities include monitoring the caseload of your team, supporting hospital discharges for patients, ensuring effective data management processes are embedded across the health community.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a joined-up approach to improving services is in place.
Main Responsibilities- To support and line manage the Operational Admin Team through delivery of efficient administrative and data management processes.
- Accurately inputting into, monitoring and reporting from computerized systems, validating data for accuracy.
- Generate accurate data to enable local regional and national reporting.
- Undertake quality audits, ensuring correct documentation before progression.
- Educated to HNC level or A' levels with relevant experience.
- Evidence of recent and ongoing CPD/learning.
- Demonstrable experience of line management.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a busy administrative environment.
- Experience of working in a health or social care environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Awareness of equality and valuing diversity principles.
- Clear communicator with good writing, data entry and telephone skills.
