Project Coordinator Opportunity

The ideal candidate will support our Civil division in a complex Water Tank Construction Project in South Australia.

They will be responsible for managing document control activities, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures, and supporting project teams with administrative functions.

  • Coordinate site personnel access paperwork and new starter inductions
  • Maintain site rosters, timesheets, and liaise with payroll
  • Assist with travel, accommodation, and training arrangements
  • Manage invoicing, purchasing, and receipting of goods
  • Oversee filing, record keeping, and reporting requirements
  • Maintain office supplies, PPE stock, and consumables
  • Support administrative, accounts, and HSE functions as required

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, strong communication and people skills, and strong computer and systems skills and knowledge, particularly in MS Excel.
