Marketing - Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team at Belle Property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and driving our social media strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting aligned with our social media strategy.
  • Curate and publish engaging content across social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with our brand designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing social assets.
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions and direct messages in a professional manner.
  • Track social media engagement metrics and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to the wider marketing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Working Arrangements

This role is full-time in Sydney, Lane Cove. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, with work-from-home flexibilities (at the discretion of your manager).
