The Position: Key Leader in Operations

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales team to maintain accurate forecasts on projects in the sales pipeline.
- Manage the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring commercially successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with Operations Leaders to prioritise key projects of work.
- Build an engaged and high-performing team.
- Develop skills and create career progression opportunities for your team members.
- Effectively manage the performance of all team members.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in ICT industry Service Management, Project Management, and Business Operational roles.
- 10+ years of proven experience in customer-facing roles where you have delivered sizable projects.
- Must be an Australian citizen as this role requires security clearance.
- 10+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of projects and leading multiple streams with full financial responsibility.
- Strong experience across all aspects of contract and commercial management.
- Strong financial acumen - including forecasting, budgeting, and analysis skills.
- Working experience with Cloud migrations, Network integration, and Cyber Security Operations.
- Prince 2 Certified (or similar project management qualifications).
- Bachelor (or higher) degree in computing science, information technology or related field.
