Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Leader to partner with startups across various industries in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that help fast-growing companies accelerate their growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics. They will also have 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures, as well as experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS.

Responsibilities

  1. Partner with diverse startups to adopt the right architecture at each stage in their lifecycle.
  2. Drive the architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that deliver business value and accelerate growth.
  3. Scope each customer engagement with clear and well-defined goals and success criteria.
  4. Drive adoption of a broad range of AWS services to deliver business value and accelerate growth.
  5. Partner with engineering teams to support the evolution and roadmap of the AWS platform and services through customer feedback.
  6. Develop startup-specific technical content to assist customers solve technical problems and reduce time-to-market.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
  • Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries, preferably including startups / digital natives.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
