Alstom, a leader in the transport industry, is seeking a Digital Transformation Leader to join its ANZ team based in North Sydney.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital transformation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a digital strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives;
  • Leading the delivery of IT projects, working with global processes and a wide range of business applications;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to determine IT solutions and costs, supporting the tender process;
  • Evaluating new technologies and introducing them to the Australian business;

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud technologies, and experience working with Power BI and Sharepoint tools. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills.
