Employment Services Area Manager Role

The key objective of this role is to maintain a high-quality service to our clients through guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the employment services team, providing guidance and support to ensure assessments are conducted efficiently.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance service delivery and achieve organisational goals.
  • Oversee the delivery of employment programs, ensuring they are effective and client-focused.
  • Build strong relationships with employers, community organisations, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements for the Role:
  • Experience in recruiting and job matching, with a proven ability to negotiate with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including preparing proposals and contracts.
  • Strong leadership and change management skills, with a self-directed approach.
  • Well-developed administrative, financial, and human resources management skills.
