Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Centre Director to lead our team of educators in providing high-quality childcare and early education to children in our community.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education, with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting. They will also possess current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

Our ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). They will be able to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, provide leadership and guidance to staff, and build strong relationships with families, children and the local business community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to all staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of educators.
  • Manage staffing rosters efficiently, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre, ensuring budget guidelines are met.
