Key Responsibilities- Developing and executing product development strategies
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Improving individual and team capabilities through training and mentorship
- 5+ years of experience in electronics engineering product development with expertise in regulated industries
- Demonstrated understanding of Medical Device Development processes and Quality Management Systems ISO 13485 or similar
- Experience in developing products across various stages of the product development process as part of a collaborative team
