  • You must have proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
  • You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex financial terms clearly.
  • You must be able to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and put customers at the heart of everything you do.
  • You must be able to work in a busy, commercial environment while seeing the big picture for customers and providing holistic solutions.
