Financial Solutions Expert

Help clients achieve their financial goals by securing the right loan solutions for their vehicle needs. Work across multiple channels, managing finance applications from start to finish, and maintaining strong lender relationships.

About the Role
  • Assess customer needs and match them with the best loan options across a panel of lenders
  • Manage finance applications from start to finish—including submission, follow-ups, and settlements
  • Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process
  • Maintain strong lender relationships and stay up-to-date with products, policies, and industry trends
  • Support the sales team with finance insights and customer coordination
About You
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in asset finance, vehicle lending, or consumer finance
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or currently studying)
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-centric mindset
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple applications at once
