Key Account Manager

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions to professionals in the healthcare sector.

As a Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a customer portfolio, focusing on retaining, growing, and attracting profitable relationships with business lending needs.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand your client base, ensuring each customer receives personalised and expert banking support.
  • Meet both financial and non-financial targets, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients, advisors, and industry influencers to deepen relationships and enhance our external brand presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Banking, Finance, or Business.
  • Strong aptitude for Banking, Finance, and Industry niches, along with business development background.
  • Understanding of credit, risk, and security, as well as solid grasp of contracts and documentation.
