Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the University's Integrated Innovation Network (I2N).

The I2N serves as a conduit for entrepreneurs, students, and researchers to access programs and resources that bring innovative ideas to fruition.

  • Coordinate daily activities for accelerator and incubator programs, fostering entrepreneurship and skill development.
  • Manage the Venture Mentoring Service (VMS), facilitating mentor-mentee connections and schedules.
  • Organize events and workshops that engage our coworking community, cultivating a network of innovators.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of procedures and processes, including health and safety, onboarding of staff, and other general office requirements.

This full-time position is a 12-month fixed term and will be located at the Honeysuckle Campus.

You will possess:

  • Strong administrative and project management skills, with proficiency in various technologies.
  • Knowledge of startup ecosystems and a passion for supporting founders developing innovative solutions.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interface confidently in a forward-facing role.
  • Experience planning events and workshops is highly regarded.
