Employment Facilitator

The Sarina Russo Group is a leading provider of education, training, and job creation services. We are seeking an experienced and passionate facilitator to mentor and facilitate two programs for job seekers to create real opportunities and develop job-ready skills.
About the RoleThis is a casual role that may involve working across multiple sites, including Fitzroy, Prahran, Epping, Preston, Ringwood, or Broadmeadows. The facilitation can be a combination of face-to-face and virtual.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver intensive pre-employment training through the Employability Skills training (EST) program
- Facilitate the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program to help mature-age people build their confidence and skills
- Network with potential employers and build relationships
- Confidently promote programs to Employment Service providers
- Proficient with technology
- Previous experience in coaching or facilitating is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of participants
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Professional presentation
