Global Toy Designer

We're seeking an experienced Designer to join our team and create innovative toys that delight children worldwide. As a key member of our design team, you'll work closely with international teams to develop product lines that meet the needs of global customers.
In this role, you'll be responsible for trend forecasting, product design, and development. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer preferences to ensure our products remain relevant and appealing.
About the Role:- Trend forecasting & identifying new product opportunities in wooden toys market
- Product design & Development in wooden toys & 3D toy products
- To work on product design direction and new product development
- Constantly strive to improve product design and innovation
- Building relationship & influence key stakeholders
- Forecasting and implementing on-trend product ranges with commercial appeal
- Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Developing accurate technical specification drawings
- Staying up-to-date with factory capabilities and limitations for mass production
- Maintaining excellent time management and organisational skills
- A dynamic and supportive team environment
