Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development department, you will be responsible for managing the creative process from concept to production, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product design and development, including specification packages for prototypes, samples, and production.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure all projects are presented to an acceptable high standard for various Toy Fairs and presentations.
  • Provide creative guidance and technical/engineering direction to direct reports to ensure the quality of their work is of a high standard and that deadlines are achieved.
  • Lead product reviews at several stages of development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product design and development, preferably in the toy industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
