About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the strategy team and play a key role in shaping the future of the airline.

The team acts as an internal consulting body, supporting projects across various divisions and driving business growth through strategic objectives.

Candidates will work closely with the team to gain exposure to diverse business challenges and opportunities, developing skills and expertise in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Strategic Development: Contribute to the airline's strategic direction and positioning, ensuring competitiveness and market leadership.
  • Driving Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses, synthesize large data sets, and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborating on Projects: Assist with cross-functional projects, working closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Providing Decision Support: Deliver critical analysis for business decisions, applying financial and strategic frameworks.
  • Crafting Deliverables: Prepare executive-level presentations and clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

  • A motivated, analytical, and ambitious professional with 2-5 years of experience in management consulting or professional services strategy consulting at a major consulting firm, or 2-5 years in corporate strategy within aviation or similar sectors.
  • Highly proficient in building complex models using Excel or other tools.
  • Experience with creating business cases and presentations for senior audiences.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, conveying complex information clearly.
  • An advanced tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Commerce, Mathematics / Statistics, Engineering etc.).
