
Early Childhood Intervention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Practitioner. As a key member of our National 360 team, you will play a vital role in supporting children aged 0-9 and their families to achieve meaningful outcomes through the NDIS.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a national team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners. You will be responsible for delivering supports using the Key Worker model, acting as the primary liaison for families.
About The Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver early intervention for children aged 0-9 on the NDIS through our 360 Kids program, using a family-centred approach.
- Build trusted partnerships with families to develop and implement tailored goals and therapy plans.
- Provide services in-home, in community settings (e.g. childcare centres), and at our local clinic.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Disability Studies, or Social Work or Allied Health.
- At least 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker in the private or public sector.
- Registration with the relevant governing body.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
- You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
- Full Australian working rights.
