Job Title: NDIS ECEI Coordinator

This role focuses on providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities or developmental delays, as well as their families.

The primary goal is to deliver early connections and supports for children aged 0-9 years. Key responsibilities include facilitating informal and formal assessments, individual and group sessions, short-term interventions, and developing, implementing, and reviewing NDIS plans when appropriate.

To be successful in this position, you must possess comprehensive assessment and planning skills, experience working with children aged 0-9, and the ability to provide early childhood supports and develop strategies aligned with best practice.

You should also be able to work effectively within complex environments, communicate with various stakeholders, and build strong relationships with community groups, organisations, and government services.

In addition to these key requirements, you will have demonstrated understanding of human rights, social justice, and inclusion principles, as well as proficiency in using a range of software and adapting to new systems.
