Early Childhood Practitioner.
Play a key role in supporting children aged 0-9 and their families to achieve meaningful outcomes through the NDIS.
About The Role
Deliver supports using the Key Worker model, acting as the primary liaison for families.
Provide early intervention for children aged 0-9 on the NDIS through National 360's 360 Kids program, using a family-centred approach.
Build trusted partnerships with families to develop and implement tailored goals and therapy plans.
Provide services in-home, in community settings (e.g. childcare centres), and at our local clinic.
Collaborate with a national team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Support children to build skills across developmental areas such as communication, motor skills, daily routines, behaviour and play.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree in Education, Disability Studies, or Social Work or Allied Health.
At least 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker in the private or public sector.
Registration with the relevant governing body.
You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
Full Australian working rights.
