Job Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic marketing and administration specialist to play a vital role in promoting our properties.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and managing digital and print marketing collateral, including social media content that adheres to our branding guidelines. Additionally, you will handle data entry, organize filing systems, manage accounts payable functions, and perform general administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate property marketing efforts, including photography, videography, and text creation.
  • Develop, implement, and manage property and company marketing campaigns, EDM material, and social media content.
  • Manage online presence and website updates.
  • Perform general administrative duties within the team.

**Requirements and Skills:**

  • Previous experience in real estate administration or marketing is preferred.
  • Desirable skills include working with Canva, XERO HR/Accounting system, and Adobe Suite.
