Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

As a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert, you will be responsible for administering and implementing the platform to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Develop data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes, specifically Salesforce
  • Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS

Desirable Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Architecture certification(s) preferred
