Marketing and Administration Position

This role involves providing timely and professional administrative support to the marketing team.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or diploma, with little or no work experience. Alternatively, they may have suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience in marketing or a similar discipline.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with coordinating stakeholder requests to the marketing team
  • Facilitate marketing research and promotional activities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on marketing requests
  • Update and maintain the annual marketing calendar
  • Advocate for marketing activities and participate in events
  • Monitor social media and digital platforms for accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with basic graphic design

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant degree or diploma, or suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in administration, ideally in an education setting
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail, with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft suite
  • Experience using student management systems and electronic direct mail software desirable
