About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote resident well-being
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure resident success
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in social work or a related field
  • Experience working with young people in a residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
