Salary: The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As an FX Sales Associate (Mandarin Speaking), you will have the opportunity to promote client products and services, develop customer relationships, and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting client's products and services
  • Finding and developing customers
  • Coping with business development and expansion of client investment funds
  • Consolidating problems encountered by customers
  • Engaging key stakeholders to close off new deals and build the client books
  • Building long-lasting trusting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Working towards KPIs in a fast-paced working environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in economics, finance, business administration or related majors
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Sales Representative servicing in foreign exchange industry
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills and abilities
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Working positively, with strong subjective initiative, and self-motivation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of personal presentation
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and self-motivated to succeed in a highly competitive market
