About the Role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Multilingual Business Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of office experience and a strong desire to grow with our company.

Based in Sydney CBD, this role entails regular communication with our finance and accounting team and overseas head office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyse projects to ensure timely completion and quality delivery
  • Assist in the preparation of various documents, including market research and financial reports
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally
Qualifications and Skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Business level oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including:
