Synergy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for labour hire roles, building strong client and candidate relationships, and responding quickly to client job orders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in recruitment or a client-facing role, resilience, pace, and a proactive attitude, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
