About the role
Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Townsville team as aRecruitment Admin. You'll play a key part in supporting teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

This role is designed for someone with a genuine interest in building a career in Recruitment.

You will be responsible for:

- Following up on timesheet approvals
- Responding to candidate and client enquiries
- Filing, data entry, and document scanning
- General administrative support
- Scheduling interviews for the recruitment team
- Booking medicals and training courses
- Coordinating the mobilisation of candidates to client sites
- Supporting compliance and quality processes
- Running errands and collecting paperwork as needed
- Help to maintain an organised and professional office environment

About you
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to take initiative. You are someone who enjoys variety in your day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and works well as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

- Must have Current driver's license (essential)
- Strong motivation, autonomy, and a results-driven mindset
- Previous experience in customer service (highly regarded)
- A genuine interest in building a career in recruitment
- Positivity, persistence, and problem-solving ability
- A "can-do" attitude with the flexibility to help wherever needed
