You'll work from a well-equipped workspace in Townsville, leading recruitment in the region with support from your assistant and our wider team.This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and support.
You'll be the face of Signature Staff in Townsville, delivering results with integrity and building long-term client and candidate relationships.
You'll manage existing accounts while actively growing your desk and market presence.Your Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle: advertising, screening, placement, post-placement supportBuild and nurture meaningful relationships with clients and candidatesGrow your local desk by actively developing new business and networking opportunitiesManage existing client accounts and ensure their ongoing satisfaction through regular communication and supportRepresent Signature Staff in the business community with professionalism and accountabilityPrepare proposals, negotiate rates, and maintain clear communication with stakeholdersConduct site visits, staff inductions, and regular check-ins with clientsMaintain compliance and WHS standards using our cloud-based systemsLeverage your Recruitment Assistant to streamline administrative processes and candidate onboardingAbout YouYou're resourceful, organised, and thrive in an autonomous role.
