About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to assist us in growing our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. As a creative thinker with a pulse on social media trends, you will develop and implement our social media strategy, manage content, and engage with our online community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and edit content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop briefs for content creation with creative teams for larger projects.
  • Plan and implement our social media strategy across the brand.
  • Uphold community management best practices and engage with audiences across all brand channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance through data analytics.
  • Grow our online communities through best-practice community management.
  • Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, and web traffic of social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and channels.
  • Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Uphold the company's brand voice and increase brand awareness through impactful storytelling.
  • Work with the Director of Content/VP Marketing on KOL and Influencer Strategies to develop always-on creator content.

Requirements

  • Background in fitness and passion for functional fitness and Pilates.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management and community engagement.
  • A demonstrated track record of growing engaged audiences on organic social channels.
  • A knack for evaluating social media analytics and adapting strategies and tactics based on insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as some ability to create visuals, videos, etc.
  • Able to work individually or in a team environment.
  • Online marketing and/or copywriting experience a plus.
  • Possesses outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
