Purpose of the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing complaints, responding to comments, and analyzing social media metrics to boost engagement and brand visibility.
Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience with us online, aligning with our company's values of putting the customer at the center of everything we do.
Key Accountabilities- Customer Focus: Resolve customer complaints within 24-48 hours and create meaningful customer experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Focus on continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience, regularly interacting with team leaders to report trends and find quick solutions.
- Connected to Community: Maintain an open environment for feedback and collaboration, holding regular meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Growth Strategy: Achieve sustained growth and create long-term value for customers and team members, sharing lessons learned across teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Social Media Experience: A strong background in social media marketing, including intermediate typing and computer skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, familiarity with furniture terminology, experience in a leadership role.
