About the Role
This Customer Service Administrator will be the face of Workskil Australia Ltd, making delightful first impressions on our customers. You will use your exceptional administration skills to direct inquiries to the appropriate area, in a timely manner and provide operational support to your colleagues.
The successful candidate will find balancing day-to-day tasks easy with strong time management and organisational skills. You will be competent using the Microsoft suite and have experience taking accurate queries by phone and using a customer relationship management system. As the first point of contact for all visitors to the site, you will have a professional and friendly demeanour, even when dealing with a wide range of people, which can at times be challenging.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing the reception area;
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate area, in a timely manner and provide operational support to colleagues;
- Use Microsoft Office Suite to manage documents, spreadsheets and presentations;
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders;
- Contribute to the development of business processes and procedures;
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail and computer literacy;
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrate experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role, dealing with a wide range of members of the public;
- Prove your ability to maintain a calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult situations;
- Demonstrate your ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, ex-offenders, youth and disadvantaged groups;
- Awareness of the Employment Services industry and ability to prepare and edit resumes (desirable).
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and performance. In addition, you will receive:

- A 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week;
