Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Summary

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Darwin. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for leading the performance of our Food and Beverage team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet brand service standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, including payroll, to ensure they are within budget.
  • Oversee monthly stock takes and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to maximize revenue potential in the restaurant and bar.
  • Plan and organize special functions and events in the Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Ensure the appearance and condition of the restaurant and bar are consistently high-quality.
  • Train and develop team members to their full potential.
  • Lead by example, setting a high standard for performance and behavior.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in an international hotel chain.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills.
  • Relevant certification or experience in hospitality.
