**Site Leadership Role**

The Senior Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving project success, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the FRP process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organise resources for the project, focusing on efficient formwork design and implementation.
  • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee work meets safety and quality standards, with a focus on formwork integrity during concrete pours.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of OH&S regulations and ensure compliance on-site, particularly concerning formwork structures and safety protocols.
  • Keep detailed records of site activities and progress.
  • Interpret plans and technical drawings with a focus on formwork design specifications to ensure accurate implementation during construction.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage quality control processes and ensure all work meets specifications.
  • Assist in coordinating multiple teams across projects as needed.
  • Act as a proactive problem solver focused on innovation and efficiency.

About You:

  • Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor, especially in FRP projects, with significant expertise in formwork design and systems.
  • Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong background in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks, with hands-on experience in managing and overseeing formwork installation and operations.
  • Proficient in implementing quality control measures.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and prioritise daily tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
