Information Technology Support Engineer Role

We are seeking an Information Technology Support Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position that will be based in our Sydney office.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in IT support, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, monitoring the ticket queue, and resolving requests in a timely manner.

This role will also involve supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining office hardware, and assisting with IT asset and endpoint management. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in company-wide IT projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees
  • Monitor the ticket queue and resolve requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or similar role
  • User-focused approach with a problem-solving mentality
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Windows and Macs
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization ability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of IT security standard processes
