We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our corporate services team. You will play a crucial role in managing IT infrastructure, handling second and third-level support for customer systems, and working closely with internal teams and clients. This role includes hands-on work with Windows servers, VMware, networking, and backup solutions like StorageCraft, ensuring smooth operation across all environments.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As an IT Support Engineer, you'll provide high-quality second and third-level support across various systems, including Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, and networking infrastructure. You will also collaborate on technical projects, manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, and work closely with customers to ensure their systems run smoothly. Key responsibilities include proactive system maintenance, updating documentation, and working with third-party vendors.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

• Solid hands on experience in IT support and system administration
• Extensive experience with Windows Server, 365, Active Directory, and Exchange
• Hands-on experience with VMware and virtualisation technologies
• Expertise in backup and DR solutions (e.g. StorageCraft)
• Knowledge of Citrix XenApp, VPN, and networking (routers, firewalls)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

IT'S NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Office 365 and SQL Server
• Knowledge of remote monitoring and management RMM systems
