About the Job:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dozer Operator to join our production team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complying with operational policies and procedures
  • Responding to instructions from supervisors
  • Maintaining floor levels and minimizing dilution
  • Ensuring safe and efficient flow of materials
  • Setting and maintaining high housekeeping standards
  • Carrying out pre-start checks

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience operating a Dozer in a production environment
  • Equivalent or specific experience operating CAT D10, CAT D11, CAT D10T, CAT 854K
  • Possess strong mining operational skills and ability to maintain pit floors and bunds
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of ore mark ups and pit configuration
  • Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety
